Wyndee Clements is an agency owner, entrepreneur, and commercial specialist. After a 30-year career as a hairstylist and 10 years as a Realtor, she moved her family from Southern California to Idaho and purchased her first $2 million insurance agency in 2021.
Since then, she has grown and acquired multiple agencies, building Bronco Insurance into an $18 million organization alongside her husband, Paul, and son, Clay.
Commercial insurance has been a passion and cornerstone of Wyndee’s business from the beginning. She saw early that serving business owners could create stronger relationships, new opportunities, and sustainable growth—when it is done with care and real expertise.

Wyndee serves clients through a flexible virtual model, while Paul leads the agency hub. Together, their team brings the responsiveness of a local relationship with the reach to serve clients wherever the conversation needs to happen.
